Recently, the official website of the Fuyang Municipal People’s Government released information about Anhui Haoyuan Chemical Group Co., Ltd. A letter of approval opinion on the environmental impact report of the project with an annual output of 400,000 tons of nylon 66.
The project is located in the north of Anhui Haoyuan Chemical Group Co., Ltd. factory area and east factory area. The construction content includes 270,000 tons/year nitric acid plant, 240,000 tons/year cyclohexanol plant, 320,000 tons/year adipic acid plant, 400,000 tons/year nylon 66 polymerization plant and supporting public and auxiliary facilities.
Nitric acid and cyclohexanol are all used to produce adipic acid. Of the 320,000 tons/year of adipic acid, 260,000 tons are used as raw materials for nylon 66, and 60,000 tons are sold as products. 400,000 tons of nylon 66 are all sold out.
East plant area: Construction of cyclohexanol plant, nitric acid Equipment, 1# adipic acid AA device, 1# adipic acid recovery device, 2# adipic acid AA device, 2# adipic acid recovery device, 1# CDM processing device, 2# CDM processing device.
North plant area: Construction of 1#PA66 device, 2 #PA66 device, 3#PA66 device, 4#PA66 device.
The construction period is initially planned to be 24 months.
