The total investment is 2 billion! The latest progress of Xinye Energy’s 200,000 tons/year BDO (phase II) project

At 9 a.m. on July 14, the second phase of the BDO project of Xinjiang Xinye Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. of Saiding Company started the hoisting work of the first steel structure of the BYDa device, and the installation of the steel structure of the project officially kicked off. In the scorching sun, 360 builders and equipment installers were busy in an orderly manner, and went all out to speed up the construction progress.

The second phase of Xinye Nenghua BDO project has a total investment of 2 billion yuan and is located in Wujiaqu City. The project plans to build 140,000 tons of BDO, which is expected to be completed and put into operation in August 2024. The project includes BDO unit, acetylene unit, formaldehyde unit, calcium carbide storage and crushing, process outer pipe and pipe gallery, new construction of roads, connection with the original system and the transformation required for the connection.

At present, more than ten key foundation projects involved in the project have been completed, including BYDa/b foundation, BDO production tank group foundation, formaldehyde intermediate tank group foundation, calcium carbide crushing pit-9.7m cushion, BDO circulating water station pump room Cushion, foundation construction of acetylene substation and distribution station, etc. All underground works are expected to be fully completed by the end of July. 90% of the 3D model design review of the design part has also been successfully completed, the procurement of process equipment has reached 90%, all the previous data have been returned, and the expedited inspection work has also been fully launched.
