High-performance bio-based recycling materials
Arkema will highlight its innovative high-performance bio-based circular material derived from castor beans that does not compete with food and does not contribute to deforestation. Arkema is particularly focused on promoting sustainable castor cultivation —
Recently, Arkema organized a visit to sustainable castor plantation in India attended by more than 20 global customers. High-performance bio-based circular material combines light weight, excellent impact resistance and flexibility. At the same time, it reduces the carbon footprint by about 60% compared with petroleum-based materials.
Arkema is currently launching a new capacity for its high-performance bio-based circular materials in Singapore and is building a PA11 powder plant at our Changshu production site in China, enabling us to achieve our ambitious regional supply goals in key global regions.
We will showcase our series of applications at this Chinaplas, including applications in many market fields such as sports, consumer electronics, 3D printing, textiles, industry, and green smart mobility.

PVDF series products are suitable for harsh environments and bring long service life. PEKK can be used for powder coating without primer, and can also be used for high-end 3D printing (additive manufacturing), meeting the specific application requirements of some ultra-high performance parts, bringing unparalleled performance.
