The new location is located in Guanyu Road Industrial Park, High-tech Zone, Xiangyang City, Hubei Province. It covers a total area of 300 mu. The total amount exceeds 1 billion yuan. It has the domestic advanced "twin-screw continuous" adhesive intelligent factory, which adopts the DCS central control system to realize the automation of the measurement, transportation, dispersion and filling of all processes of the adhesive. By introducing NC, MES and other information technology The system realizes the intelligent interaction of the production front-end, production process and production back-end. The base already has a production capacity of about 20,000 tons/year of organic silica gel, about 13,000 tons/year of environmentally friendly polyurethane glue, and is building a production capacity of about 10,000 tons/year of two-component polyurethane glue for lithium batteries, and about 10,000 tons/year of photovoltaic single-component silicone The sealant production capacity is about 30,000 tons per year, providing comprehensive application solutions for many customers such as photovoltaic new energy, lithium battery energy storage, automobiles, and precision manufacturing.
