According to the latest report of the Cambodian General Administration of Rubber, Cambodia exported 170,968 tons of rubber in the first seven months of 2023, an increase of 3% over the same period last year.
The report said that in the first 7 months, the country earned US$228.5 million from the export of rubber, a decrease of 12.8% from US$262.2 million in the same period last year; Low about $244.
The country's rubber is mainly exported to Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore and China.
As of now, Cambodia has a total of 404,578 hectares of rubber plantations, of which 315,332 hectares or 78% are harvestable.
