High performance gearbox

Using WEG motor, compared with other similar products, the motor power is relatively small and the total energy consumption is lower when the specific torque is similar; the motor bearing insulation is designed in the form of carbon brushes, which can avoid shaft current corrosion and prolong the service life of the motor life.
Optimize the design of the machine head
The heating rods on both sides of the machine head and the optimized internal flow channel can improve the fluidity and uniformity of the material in the machine head, and the sliver is uniform and not easy to break. The larger diversion angle and the wider mouth plate can achieve greater output.
