Focusing on the company’s target positioning and development direction, Song Shijie pointed out that the Yumen New Energy Degradable Materials Carbon Neutral Industrial Park project is the first tens of billions of multi-format energy and chemical projects invested by Shaanxi Coal Group outside the province. The whole company must unify their thinking and understanding, strengthen their development beliefs, seize development opportunities, and deeply understand the significance of project investment and construction in anchoring the national “double carbon” goal, promoting the group’s industrial transformation, and promoting high-quality local economic and social development.
Song Shijie requested that, first, the top-level design of the project should be strengthened and the design optimized. It is necessary to in-depth study the technical characteristics of the “source, network, load, and storage” integrated project, strengthen the top-level design, do a good job in thematic demonstration and design optimization of product plans and basic designs, and reserve space for the smooth operation of the project and future technological transformation.
The second is to strictly implement unified regulations and implement standardization requirements. It is necessary to comprehensively learn from the management achievements, management experience and management system of Yulin Chemical Company, strengthen the promotion and application of information platform and standardization results, strictly implement the target plan, continuously improve management efficiency and standardize management behavior.

Yumen New Energy Degradable Materials Carbon Neutral Industrial Park Project
Shaanxi Coal Group Gansu Investment Co., Ltd. Yumen New Energy Degradable Materials Carbon Neutral Industrial Park project was announced for the first time on July 26, 2022. It is reported that the project is located in Yumen East Building Materials Chemical Industrial Park, Yumen Economic Development Zone, Gansu Province, with a total investment of 35.981 billion yuan and a total area of about 112,000 mu. The project builds 600,000 tons/year of degradable materials, including 360,000 tons/year of BDO devices, 60,000 tons/year of PBS devices, 300,000 tons/year of PBAT devices, 100,000 tons/year of PBT devices, and 10,000 Nm3/h electrolytic water system Hydrogen device, and 400,000 tons/year acetylene raw material preparation device (calcium carbide method), 120,000 tons/year acetylene device, 25,000 Nm3/h acetylene raw material tail gas hydrogen production device, 750,000 tons/year formaldehyde device and other production devices; boilers and other public utilities Engineering: environmental protection, fire protection, safety and other facilities and supporting auxiliary facilities.
