According to the content of the report, Meirui New Materials will achieve a total operating income of 1.475 billion yuan in 2022, a year-on-year increase of 13.66%; a net profit attributable to the parent company of 111 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 6.6%; earnings per share will be 0.56 yuan.

On the same day, Meirui New Materials announced the first quarter report of 2023. The company achieved operating income of 318 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 18.78%, and net profit attributable to the parent company of 23.67 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.68%.

According to the report, TPU products of Meirui New Materials accounted for 98.15% of the revenue, and by-products and others accounted for 1.85%. In 2022, the sales volume of TPU products will reach 63,300 tons, and compared with 2022, the sales price will increase by 9.99% year-on-year.

Project construction

The first phase of the polyurethane new material industrial park project in Hebi, Henan Province will start construction in the fourth quarter of 2022. The project will build an annual output of 120,000 tons of special isocyanate integration and supporting public and auxiliary projects, aiming to make upstream monomers, An integrated solution for downstream materials. At present, the procedures required for the project construction have been completed, the procurement of main equipment has been basically completed, the foundation compaction, pile foundation and pipe network construction have been completed, and the next step of construction is being carried out. According to the project construction plan, it is expected to be completed and put into operation in 2024.

The integrated elastomer project with an annual output of 200,000 tons located in the Dajijia factory in Yantai, Shandong Province will start construction in early 2022. After the project is completed, the company's TPU production capacity will be further increased, forming a scale advantage, which will help resist the risk of raw material price fluctuations. At present, the main structure of the project has been completed, and the construction of the enclosure system and the installation of equipment and pipelines are in progress. According to the construction plan, it is expected to be partially put into operation in 2023.
