The project will construct ethylbenzene unit, oxidation unit, epoxidation unit, propylene oxide refining unit, phenylethanol dehydration unit, styrene refining unit, acetophenone hydrogenation unit, intermediate tank area and environmental pretreatment facilities supporting the device, PO/SM waste alkali incinerator, PO/SM catalytic oxidation furnace, etc.

The project is to build a 200,000-ton/year polyether polyol plant. The polyether production of this project uses propylene oxide, ethylene oxide, glycerin, propylene glycol, etc. as the main raw materials, and produces polyether polyol products through the reaction process, refining process, filtering process and finished product process. Waste gas treatment process, supporting public and auxiliary projects for the project.
