Focus on supporting three types of chemical projects

The Shanghai Chemical Industry Zone focuses on supporting three types of chemical projects: electronic chemical projects, advanced materials, biomedicine, green and low-carbon production capacity construction projects of new categories, and other high-end manufacturing projects in line with key development directions.

Support the development of electronic chemicals projects that break through the key technologies of "stuck necks", and provide a stable supply of raw materials for integrated circuit manufacturing companies. For electronic chemicals projects that are applied to the advanced process of integrated circuit manufacturing, or are localized for the first time, or localized for the first time, and the approved investment is more than 100 million yuan, the maximum support standard shall not exceed 10% of the approved investment. The maximum amount shall not exceed 20 million yuan. For undertaking major strategic tasks of the state and Shanghai, the maximum support standard shall not exceed 20% of the approved investment amount, and the maximum funding amount for a single project shall not exceed 30 million yuan.

Support advanced materials, biomedicine, green and low-carbon projects with high technological content, good application prospects, and strong demonstration and driving effects. For production capacity construction projects that conform to the key development directions of the chemical industry zone, whose product technology is at an international and domestic leading level, and whose enterprises have added new categories, the maximum support standard shall not exceed 10% of the approved investment amount, and the maximum amount of funding for a single project shall not exceed 20 million yuan.

Support other high-end manufacturing projects that conform to the key development direction of the chemical industry zone and adopt advanced technologies, processes and equipment. The maximum support standard shall not exceed 20% of the approved investment amount, the maximum funding amount for a single project shall not exceed 5 million yuan, and the maximum funding amount for major projects after review shall not exceed 10 million yuan.
