Xi'an LONGi Photovoltaic Cell Co., Ltd. has a registered capital of 400 million yuan and its business scope includes: manufacturing of photovoltaic equipment and components; battery manufacturing; solar power generation technical services; research and development of emerging energy technologies, etc. Qichacha’s equity penetration shows that the company is indirectly wholly-owned by Longi Green Energy.
The legal representative of Xi'an Longi Silicon Technology Co., Ltd. is Hao Kai, with a registered capital of 500 million yuan. Its business scope includes: sales of photovoltaic equipment and components; research and development of special electronic materials; manufacturing of special equipment for semiconductor devices; manufacturing of electronic components, etc. Qichacha’s equity penetration shows that the company is 100% controlled by Longi Green Energy.
