Ministry of Commerce: Approved export applications for several gallium and germanium related items that comply with regulations

At a regular press conference held by the Ministry of Commerce on the 21st, Ministry of Commerce spokesperson He Yadong said that since the formal implementation of the control policy, the Ministry of Commerce has successively received license applications from companies for the export of gallium and germanium-related items. At present, after review in accordance with laws and regulations, several export applications that meet the regulations have been approved, and the relevant enterprises have obtained export licenses for dual-use items. The Ministry of Commerce will continue to review other license applications and make licensing decisions in accordance with legal procedures.
