Hongchang Electronics announced on the evening of September 21 that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhuhai Hongchang recently signed a "Letter of Intent to Order Epoxy Resin" with Huibai New Materials. The supplier (Hongchang Electronics/Zhuhai Hongchang) invested in the construction of the "Phase II annual output of 140,000 tons of liquid epoxy resin" project and "Phase III annual output of 80,000 tons of electronic grade functional epoxy resin" in Zhuhai Gaolan Port Economic Zone. project. The above new projects are expected to be put into production one after another in 2024, when the supplier's epoxy resin output will increase from the current 155,000 tons/year to 375,000 tons/year. The demander (Huibai New Materials) intends to order 60,000 tons of epoxy resin from the supplier every year after the second and third phases of the supplier (Zhuhai Hongchang) project are put into production.
