To control the situation, the Office of the State Council Safety Committee recently launched the second round of expert guidance services for key counties in hazardous chemicals in 2023.
This round of expert guidance services continues to adhere to the principle of "categorized guidance, promote work, and solve problems", pay attention to the downward focus, focus on the prevention and control of major risks, and guide and promote key counties to deepen the development of major hazard sources and equipment belts. The special safety rectification of key parts such as "disease" operation, old equipment, and liquefied hydrocarbon storage tank areas has taken the lead in achieving results; focusing on grassroots foundations, adhering to the purpose of assistance, highlighting key counties with weak safety production levels, strengthening business exchanges and training, and completing the work shortcomings, continuously improve the level of safe development and high-quality development capabilities; focus on the implementation of responsibilities, put forward rectification guidance suggestions for outstanding problems and major accident hazards discovered, assign local governments to supervise and close the loop, strengthen publicity and exposure, and demonstrate and lead various regions and enterprises to improve safety production Independent capabilities; sum up and promote good experiences and practices, promote exchanges and mutual learning, build a tight network to prevent major chemical and hazardous chemical safety risks, and resolutely curb major accidents.
At present, various expert groups have been sent to key counties in Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Zhejiang, Liaoning and other regions to carry out guidance and service work.
