Recently, the country’s first hot-dip galvanized aluminum-magnesium rare earth multi-alloy steel coil, with an annual output of 350,000 tons, of Inner Mongolia Binda Technology New Materials Development Co., Ltd., has successfully rolled off the production line. The performance and quality of the project fully meet the requirements, marking that the project has made an important technological breakthrough in the field of hot-dip galvanized aluminum-magnesium.
Continuous hot-dip galvanized aluminum-magnesium rare earth multi-element alloy coated steel plate is a new product jointly researched and developed by Inner Mongolia Standard and China Steel Research Technical Team. Its corrosion resistance is more than 10 times that of traditional hot-dip galvanized materials, reaching the world's advanced and domestic level. Leading the way, it is a new generation of high-efficiency, energy-saving and material-saving composite materials, which fills the product gaps in the field of photovoltaic bracket raw materials and terminal photovoltaic equipment deep processing in Baotou City, and plays a huge role in extending, replenishing and strengthening the chain of the city's photovoltaic industry. At the same time, this project will deeply connect and integrate Baotou's steel industry with the entire industry chain of the world's rare earth capital and the world's green silicon capital, which is of great significance to promoting the integrated development of the entire industry chain of photovoltaic products in Baotou.
