The preventive measures for the reasons for pipe blockage of concrete ground pumps are as follows:
Improper operation: the operator should concentrate on avoiding abnormal readings of the pressure gauge; the pumping speed should meet the equipment requirements; pumping The margin should not be lower than the mixing shaft; the flatness should be controlled within 80-230 mm; the downtime should be controlled within 15-30 minutes. After each operation, the pipeline should be cleaned to prevent the pipeline from being blocked next time. Phenomenon.
Pipe connection errors: Wrong pipes can also easily become clogged. Pipe layout should follow the principles of shortest distance, minimum elbow and maximum elbow.
Concrete or mortar segregation: Before pumping, wet the pipe with water and release the pipe joint from the lowest point of the pipe to release any residual water, or after pumping, place a sponge ball before pumping the mortar and mix the mortar with the water separation.
