Wang Renyuan said that Zhejiang Province, focusing on the construction of the National Traditional Chinese Medicine Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone, has comprehensively carried out the "One Thing of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription" reform to address difficult and painful issues such as the lack of Chinese medicine standards, weak capabilities, and insufficient services, and established provincial and municipal The new service model of county medical institution collaboration, TCM prescription sharing, and data interconnection promotes the systematic reshaping of clinical, scientific research, services, and supervision of TCM medical institutions, and continuously improves the public's sense of gain from seeing and using TCM.
Wang Renyuan said that Zhejiang Province has fully implemented the traditional Chinese medicine standardization improvement project, formulated a unified Chinese medicine outpatient prescription format across the province, and established the country's first standardized acupuncture prescription. Develop unified digital coding rules to code 1,749 types of traditional Chinese medicine pieces, 1,142 types of granules, 322 types of traditional Chinese medicine preparations, and 516 acupoints; publish Zhejiang Provincial Recommended Standards for Specifications and Grades of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pieces, and classify and rate the quality of 350 commonly used types of traditional Chinese medicine pieces.
Talking about the standardization of TCM diagnosis and treatment, Wang Renyuan also introduced that Zhejiang Province has formulated a standardized and structured TCM outpatient medical record, which clarifies the 10 required diagnosis items of inspection, smelling, questioning and excision, establishes basic information for questioning, and distinguishes the four diagnosis conditions. The "five-step method" of checking the patient's physical condition, making disease diagnosis, and determining treatment opinions standardizes the diagnosis and treatment process, unifies the prescribed actions for TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment, and promotes TCM treatment from individualization to verifiability, falsification, repeatability, and Universal utility shift.
