According to Tianjin market operation monitoring data, in the fourth week of September (September 25-October 1), the average coal price in Tianjin was 724 yuan/ton, which was the same as the previous month. Last week was before the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day. Some coal mines in the main coal-producing areas began to push down coal prices. Subsequently, the effect of price reductions was quickly transmitted, and industry sentiment generally cooled down. Domestic coal prices are rising, and there has been a strong recovery during the off-season for electricity consumption. Before the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day, domestic coal prices, which were at a periodic high, fell slightly, and the market has a clear wait-and-see mood. After the holiday, various regions will gradually usher in the winter coal consumption peak, and coal prices are expected to rise in the fourth quarter.
