Lead stearate can be used as a heat stabilizer and lubricant for polyvinyl chloride and has good lubricity and photothermal stability. It has good synergistic effect when used together with cadmium soap, barium soap or organotin compounds. It can be used in various opaque hard and soft PVC products, such as hard pipes, hard plates, sheets, films and artificial leather, especially suitable for wires. Cable materials can give products excellent electrical properties.
Can be used as a drier and leveling agent for paint and a thickening agent for grease, such as PVC 70°C sheath grade cable materials, 90°C and 105°C cable materials, and PVC pipes , pipe fittings, special-shaped pipes, hard plates, shoe materials, etc. Because this product is insoluble in water, it can also be used in the formulation of rigid polyvinyl chloride drinking pipes.
