The quarterly assessment includes three aspects: accident assessment, regular inspection and assessment, and daily work ledger assessment. A hundred-point scoring system is implemented, and the results are divided into four grades: "excellent, good, average, and unqualified". If a major accident or above occurs in this quarter, a "one-vote veto" will be implemented and directly rated as the lowest grade; if an outstanding problem in a certain aspect has a serious negative impact, or if there are major problems reported twice in a row in the provincial and ministerial level quarterly dispatch , directly lower the assessment grade; for those with serious problems in other aspects, lower the assessment grade by one.
