1. Styrofoam gets on clothes How to clear it?

First, wash with soap. If it’s not clean, buy a bottle of 8484 and scrub the stain with a toothbrush dipped in it. However, white clothing is required. If it is colored clothes, do not use 84, it will cause the color to fade. If it is colored clothes, you can buy a bottle of colored bleaching water, pour it on the stains on the clothes, and wash it repeatedly. Because color bleach can wash clothes of any color, it can remove the color and make the clothes brighter.

The newly attached styrofoam can be wiped repeatedly with cigarette ashes, and be careful not to get it on your hands. Those that have dried cannot be removed: solutions that can treat polyurethane will basically damage the garment (including color) and will do nothing but render it ineffective. Therefore, it is recommended to provide corresponding protection in the parts where polyurethane is used.

2. Tips for cleaning styrofoam

1. For dried foam glue, you can only use mechanical methods (generally, you can use a utility knife to scrape it clean, but the surface will turn yellow over time, which is ugly). If the scraping is not thorough enough, you can use a sand scraper to lightly scrape it.

2. For the newly applied foam caulking agent (uncured foam glue), just use cleaning agent to wash it.

It is difficult to remove styrofoam when it gets on clothes, so we need to pay attention to the following when using it:

1. Storage precautions. The normal operating temperature of styrofoam tanks is +5~+40℃, and the optimal operating temperature is +18~+25℃. Under low temperature conditions, it is recommended to place this product at a constant temperature of +25~+30℃ for 30 minutes before use to ensure its best performance. The temperature resistance range of the cured foam is -35℃～+80℃.

2. Precautions for use. Styrofoam is a moisture-curing foam that should be sprayed on a humid surface when used. The greater the humidity, the faster it will cure. Uncured foam can be cleaned with cleaning agents, while cured foam should be removed mechanically (sanding or cutting). The cured foam will turn yellow after being exposed to ultraviolet light. It is recommended to use other materials (cement mortar, paint, etc.) to coat the surface of the cured foam. After using the spray gun, please clean it with special cleaning agent immediately.
