From January to September, policies such as phased reductions in unemployment and work-related injury insurance premiums, job stabilization returns, and one-time job expansion subsidies were continued, reducing costs for enterprises by 141.9 billion yuan and disbursing 80.9 billion yuan in employment subsidies.

Organizing and implementing the "Three Supports and One Support" plan, a total of 42,000 college graduates were recruited nationwide to serve at the grassroots level, including 4,996 college graduates selected for the national key counties for rural revitalization. A conference on labor cooperation and labor brand development was held to launch a campaign to prevent people from returning to poverty through employment. As of the end of September, 32.97 million people were working out of poverty. We increased employment assistance, smoothed channels for unemployed people to find jobs, and accurately recommended jobs. From January to September, 3.96 million unemployed people were re-employed and 1.29 million people in need were employed.

From January to September, 8.99 million vocational training vouchers were issued, the subsidy policy for skills improvement was continued, and more than 13 million subsidized vocational skills training was carried out.
