During the 2023 Pujiang Innovation Forum, the Yangtze River Delta Science and Technology Innovation Community Construction Office released the "Yangtze River Delta Science and Technology Innovation Community Construction Office" Three policy documents, including the Joint Research and Cooperation Mechanism of the Triangular Science and Technology Innovation Community, have also selected the "urgent needs" of 20 companies, focusing on the two leading industries of integrated circuits and artificial intelligence, and sending out the task of unveiling the list to the world.
Currently, the demand side plans to invest more than 700 million yuan, and the external fund for unveiling the list exceeds 160 million yuan. The task of unveiling the list announced this time can be queried and revealed through the Yangtze River Delta Integrated Science and Technology Cloud Platform. The platform can also realize "one-click search" of scientific and technological resources, "co-operation" of policy coordination, and "one-screen view" of scientific and technological innovation data.
The Yangtze River Delta Science and Technology Innovation Community is jointly established by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the three provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta. The Yangtze River Delta Science and Technology Innovation Community Construction Office, which was unveiled in May 2021, is committed to promoting regional consultations in planning, joint research, international cooperation, expert sharing, and achievement transformation, providing innovative impetus for promoting high-quality integrated development in the Yangtze River Delta region .
For more than a year, the Yangtze River Delta's collaborative linkage mechanism in the field of scientific and technological innovation has gradually improved, and has achieved results in the sharing of large-scale scientific instruments across provinces and cities, the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and the sharing of scientific and technological resources. It is reported that in 2021, the number and amount of projects jointly undertaken by the Yangtze River Delta region in the national key research and development plan will exceed 75% of the total approved by the four regions, including the joint undertaking of the national 2030 "Brain Science and Brain-inspired Research (China Brain Project)" major project And the "Whole Brain Mesoscopic Neural Connection Atlas" international big science project, etc.
During the forum, the Shanghai Academy of Sciences, Shanghai Yangtze River Delta Technology Innovation Research Institute, Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute, Zhejiang University Hangzhou International Science and Technology Innovation Center, and Anhui Science and Technology Research Institute jointly initiated the establishment of the Yangtze River Delta Research Institute Alliance.
