Foam concrete construction technology

Technical flow: base treatment - finding elevation and spring level control line - batching and pulping - high pressure pipeline transportation - construction surface pouring - leveling - natural curing.
1. Base treatment: Before pouring the foam concrete insulation layer (or cushion), treat the base of the concrete floor slab. Use a chisel to remove the loose concrete, laitance, etc. bonded to the base. Wire brush the grout skin, then sweep it away with a broom.
2. Find the elevation and bounce the horizontal control line: According to the horizontal elevation line on the wall, measure the elevation of the insulation layer downwards. If conditions permit, you can bounce it on the surrounding walls.
3. Ingredients for slurrying: Add cement and fly ash to a mixer after measurement, make a 10% foaming agent aqueous solution into a fine and uniform foam of about 1mm, then add the foam to the mixer; mix the foam and cement slurry evenly , made into foam concrete slurry.
4. High-pressure pipeline transportation: Start the foaming machine and pump the foam concrete slurry to the construction surface with a pouring pump.
5. Pouring: Pour the foam concrete slurry onto the construction surface.
(1) The foam concrete slurry stirred every day should be debugged to ensure that the slurry density is 600kg/m.Construction can only be carried out after it is determined that the foaming condition is normal.
(2) Observe and check the foaming and pouring conditions and fluidity of the slurry at any time during construction and pouring, and strictly control the pouring thickness and surface smoothness.
(3) Before laying the foam concrete, sprinkle water on the base layer to moisten it, and then start laying it from one end.
6. Leveling: After the initial setting of the foam concrete, check the flatness based on the horizontal elevation line and leveling line on the wall, shovel out the high ones, and fill the recesses. Use a horizontal wooden scraper to smooth the surface, then rub the surface flat with a wooden trowel. Grounds with slope requirements should be constructed according to the slope required by the design.
7. Natural curing: After the foam concrete is poured, it will be naturally cured for 3 to 7 days. Only when it is ready for people to work can other projects be carried out. </p
