Annual production of 6 000 tons of silicone project announced

On October 31, the Yongxiu County People's Government released the second environmental impact assessment announcement for Jiangxi Sibo Chemical Co., Ltd.'s 8,000-ton organic silicon project per year (Phase I: 6,000 tons).

The first phase of this project is an organic silicon project with an annual output of 6,000 tons. It relies on the technical renovation and expansion of the existing 103 workshop and 104 workshop. After the technical transformation and expansion, new silicone coatings (solvent-free coatings, water-based coatings, powder coatings) will be added. The production capacity is 2000t/a and dimethyl silicone oil 4000t/a. The second phase of the 2000t/a high-boiling silicone oil project will be evaluated separately.
