1. Product introduction
Concrete shrinkage reducing agent is a new type of concrete admixture that reduces the shrinkage of concrete. Its mechanism of action is to reduce the capillary pores inside the concrete by reducing the surface tension of water when the concrete is hydrated and dried. Tension, thereby significantly reducing concrete shrinkage and improving concrete's resistance to deformation.
2. Scope of application
This product can be used in concrete projects with high anti-cracking and anti-seepage requirements such as hydropower stations, dam panels, and reservoirs, as well as industrial and civil construction basement floors, side walls, etc. It is a difficult project to moisturize and maintain.
3. Main performance indicators and characteristics
(1) Appearance: colorless or light yellow liquid, density 1.02.
(2) Concrete shrinkage deformation is small. Concrete mixed with shrinkage reducing agent can significantly reduce concrete shrinkage compared with benchmark concrete. Generally, the dry shrinkage of concrete is reduced by 40~60% in 28 days, and the dry shrinkage is reduced by 30~50% in 60 days. Autogenous shrinkage It can be reduced by about 30% in 60 days.
(3) Strength of concrete, shrinkage reducing agent has no water reducing effect. After the concrete mixed with shrinkage reducing agent hardens, it will hardly affect the strength index.
(4) Good product adaptability: The product is suitable for various types of cement and has good compatibility with various types of air-entraining agents, water-reducing agents, pumping agents and other admixtures.
(5) No corrosion hazard to steel bars.
IV. Usage methods and precautions
(1) Dosage: The commonly used dosing amount is 1-2% (based on the mass of cementitious material). When used, the optimal blending amount should be based on the engineering materials and through trial preparation. quantity.
(2) Mixing: After accurate measurement, add the mixing water into the concrete mixer and mix evenly.
(3) Curing: After the concrete is poured, normal curing is enough. During winter concrete construction, when the temperature is under negative temperature conditions, concrete surface insulation measures should be strengthened. If other admixtures are required to be used together, they should be tested and confirmed before use.
5. Packaging and Storage
This product is a water agent and is packed in an iron drum of 200kg/barrel. This product should be stored in a dry, cool place and has a shelf life of one year.
