Therefore, concrete mixed with penetrating crystallized waterproofing agent has good physical properties such as waterproofing, antifreeze, anticorrosion, high strength, crack resistance, and durability, and truly achieves waterproofing and anticorrosion effects.

2. Recommended dosage

The recommended dosage is 4% of the weight of cement added to concrete, and 3% of mortar is appropriate.

3. Scope of application

This product is suitable for basements, large-volume civil air defense projects, roof waterproofing and impermeability, large-volume concrete crack-proof and impermeable concrete, bridge concrete, tunnel impermeable concrete, Tunnel anti-seepage concrete, sewage treatment plants, ports, wharf waterproof buildings, concrete with anti-seepage and anti-freeze requirements, etc.

IV. Construction Instructions and Precautions

1. The cement used should be ordinary Portland cement and slag Portland cement with a label no less than 32.5. It is strictly prohibited to use expired cement. Or cement that is caked by moisture. For sand and stone, refer to the regulations for concrete.

2. Determine the amount of waterproofing agent according to the anti-permeability requirement level, mix it into the concrete, and extend the mechanical mixing for 2 minutes.

3. After pouring, waterproof concrete must be vibrated and compacted, and no vibration leakage, under-vibration or over-vibration is allowed.

4. After using cement penetrating crystallized waterproofing agent, no other additives can be added. If necessary, please contact our technical personnel.

5. Medium sand should be used for sand, the void ratio of the sand is ≤35%, and the mud content of the sand is <2%.

6. When the cement concrete enters final setting (watering and curing should start about 10 hours after pouring), the curing period is the same as that of ordinary concrete.

7. Clean water should be used.

8. According to the maintenance method of ordinary concrete, cover the flat surface with wet straw mat or linen, etc., and keep it moist. The facade is maintained with mist water, and the water pressure should not be too high, at least three times a day. Continuous maintenance for 48 hours, several times a day when the weather is hot.

5. Packaging and Storage

This product is packed with inner plastic and outer braid, 25kg per bag. This product should be stored in a moisture-proof manner and has a shelf life of two years.
