On the morning of June 30, the start-up ceremony of the nylon new material project of Shandong Jushun New Material Co., Ltd. and the downstream derivative project of propylene oxide and ethylene oxide of Shandong Yinuowei New Material Co., Ltd. was held.
The two projects have high investment intensity, high technological content, and strong driving ability, which will effectively promote Linzi’s two major industries of nylon new materials and polyurethane to move towards high-end, intelligent, and green.
Propylene oxide, ethylene oxide downstream derivatives project
Shandong Yinuowei New Material Co., Ltd. 300,000 tons/year propylene oxide and ethylene oxide downstream derivatives project, with a total investment of 720 million yuan. The project mainly builds 130,000 tons/year high-end functional polyether polyol series products, 90,000 tons/year of high-end polymer polyol (POP) products, 50,000 tons/year of environmentally friendly polyurethane adhesive products, and 30,000 tons/year of polyurethane flame retardant products.
Nylon new material project
The nylon new material project of Shandong Jushun New Material Co., Ltd. has a total investment of 2.66 billion yuan. The project mainly builds 20 polymerization production lines, with an annual production of 500,000 tons of nylon new material products, of which the first phase project is 80,000 tons. After the project is fully completed, it will become the largest production base of nylon 66 new materials in China.

Construction content: to expand the production capacity of the company’s products by building a new nylon 66 slice industrial base. After the project is put into production, the company will increase the production capacity of nylon 66 slices by 80,000 tons per year.
Project cycle: The project plans to complete the decoration and construction of the plant, the installation and commissioning of the production line and put it into production within 2 years after obtaining the land use right.
