The reporter recently learned from CNOOC Tianjin Branch that the Suizhong 36-1 Crude Oil Onshore Terminal Plant, which has the largest crude oil processing and transportation capacity in Asia, has exported more than 160 million tons of crude oil since it was put into operation 23 years ago. It has made important contributions to the security and economic development of the Bohai Rim region.
According to reports, the Suizhong 36-1 crude oil terminal covers an area of about 650,000 square meters and is a comprehensive crude oil onshore terminal integrating crude oil processing, storage, and export. Since it was completed and put into operation at one time in 2000, the crude oil terminal has undergone 5 reconstructions and expansions to fully receive and process oil produced from offshore platforms in the Liaodong Bay area of the Bohai Sea. Among them, Suizhong 36-1 Oilfield, my country's largest offshore self-operated oilfield, Lvda 21-2 Oilfield, my country's first large-scale large-scale heavy oil thermal recovery oilfield offshore, Jinzhou 25-1 South Oilfield, Asia's largest offshore "Four-Star Lianzhu" platform, etc. A batch of crude oil produced by "star oil fields" is transported here for centralized processing.
