The operating income of 16 industries with obvious characteristics of new cultural business forms increased by 15.0% year-on-year

According to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics on July 30, in the first half of the year, cultural and related industry enterprises above designated size across the country achieved operating income of 5,935.7 billion yuan, an increase of 7.3% over the same period in 2022; An increase of 35.4% over the same period.

The 16 industry sub-categories with obvious characteristics of the new cultural business format achieved operating income of 2,358.8 billion yuan, an increase of 15.0% over the same period in 2022, and 7.7 percentage points faster than all cultural enterprises above designated size.
