Project Name: Silicon-based New Material Project of Haihongshi Semiconductor Co., Ltd.
Construction location: Zero Carbon Industrial Park, Hehuang New District, Haidong City, Qinghai Province
Nature of construction: new construction
Total investment: The total investment of the first phase of the project is 10.2 billion yuan, of which environmental protection investment is 553.75 million yuan;
Construction time: The first phase of project construction will be from January 2023 to June 2024, 18 months from the beginning of engineering design to mechanical completion.
Construction content: The silicon-based new material project of Haidong Red Lion Semiconductor Co., Ltd. will be constructed in three phases.
In the first phase, 150,000 tons of industrial silicon and 100,000 tons of polysilicon production equipment will be built; in the second phase, the annual output will be 100,000 tons tons of industrial silicon, 100,000 tons of polysilicon production equipment; the third phase of construction of a 3×5GW crystal-pulled silicon wafer production line.
The first phase of the project participating in the environmental impact assessment only involves 150,000 tons of industrial silicon, 100,000 tons of polysilicon production equipment, and the public and auxiliary projects involved, excluding the 330KV substation and power transmission and transformation related content involved in the project construction .
