According to data released by the National Energy Administration a few days ago, as of the end of June this year, my country's total installed capacity of renewable energy power generation exceeded 1.3 billion kilowatts, reaching 1.322 billion kilowatts, accounting for about 48.8% of my country's total installed capacity.
Among them, the installed capacity of hydropower is 418 million kilowatts, the installed capacity of wind power is 390 million kilowatts, the installed capacity of solar power is 471 million kilowatts, and the installed capacity of biomass power generation is 43 million kilowatts.
The relevant person in charge of the National Energy Administration stated that the status of renewable energy as the main body of my country's newly installed power generation capacity has been further consolidated, and the role of ensuring energy supply and promoting clean and low-carbon transformation has become more and more prominent.
