The measures strengthen the food safety responsibilities of market operators and sellers, and require market operators to perform management obligations such as registering and filing, signing agreements, and entering inspections for sellers entering the market, and sellers to perform purchase inspections, regular inspections, and information labeling, etc. Subject responsibilities; clarify that ready-to-eat agricultural products such as fresh-cut fruits and vegetables should be well protected against cross-contamination.
