According to the official account of the Ministry of Transport, recently, the General Office of the Ministry of Transport and the General Office of the Ministry of Finance jointly issued a notice to further clarify the performance evaluation requirements of the first batch of 15 national comprehensive freight hubs to supplement and strengthen the chain.
In 2022, the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Finance jointly launched the national comprehensive freight hub supplementary and strong chain work, focusing on the key nodes of the main frame of the national comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network, serving the implementation of major national strategies, and determined Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, Ningbo, Jinhua, Xiamen, Fuzhou, Quanzhou, Jinan, Linyi, Zhengzhou, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Chengdu, and Kunming are the first batch of 15 supporting cities, which have issued start-up funds. Carrying out performance evaluation for the above-mentioned cities is a necessary measure to strengthen work supervision and implementation and determine follow-up reward funds.
The notice requires that the performance evaluation of the national comprehensive freight hub to strengthen the chain should follow the evaluation principles of objectivity, truthfulness, incentives and restraints, and fairness and transparency. The notice clarified that the performance evaluation includes three links: city preparation, provincial evaluation, and ministerial evaluation, and determined the division of responsibilities of all parties involved in the performance evaluation, and further refined the annual performance evaluation scoring standards and material list for high-quality completion The first batch of supporting city performance evaluation work in 2022 provided strong guidance.
In the next step, the Ministry of Transport will work with the Ministry of Finance to do a good job in the performance evaluation of the first batch of supporting cities, organize performance evaluation training and answer questions, and promote the work of strengthening the chain of the national comprehensive freight hub to achieve greater results.
