In 2022, offshore crude oil production will be 58 million tons, becoming the main force for increasing crude oil production. In 2022, my country's oil and gas self-sufficiency guarantee rate will increase by about 2 percentage points year-on-year, of which the crude oil self-sufficiency guarantee rate will increase from 27.8% to 28.8%, and the natural gas self-sufficiency guarantee rate will increase from 55.7% to nearly 60%.
