On April 20, 2021, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam made the final ruling of the first interim review of the case, adjusting the anti-dumping tax rate of the products involved to 4.39% to 35.58%. On June 10, 2022, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam launched the second mid-term review investigation on the case. On January 19, 2023, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam made the final ruling of the second interim review of the case, adjusting the anti-dumping tax rate of the products involved in the case to 2.85% to 35.58%, and the Vietnamese tax codes of the products involved in the case are 7604.10.10 and 7604.10. 90, 7604.21.90, 7604.29.10, and 7604.29.90.
