In cities and key urban areas, realize a comprehensive service matrix with a service radius of 1 km, a 15-minute walk, and cross-coverage of outdoor workers in the area, allowing outdoor workers to lift their feet into the site and raise their hands to enjoy services; continue to promote service site information The collection and data are shown in the picture above, strengthen cooperation with leading companies on the platform to develop point query and push scenarios, and carry out various inclusive activities based on local conditions around the needs of outdoor workers, so that more outdoor workers can "see, find, and Come in and use it."
According to reports, the outdoor labor service stations mainly refer to the establishment of labor unions at all levels to coordinate social resources, with sanitation workers, taxi drivers, traffic police, couriers, takeaway delivery personnel, environmental monitors, linemen, construction workers Outdoor workers are the main service objects, and they provide hot meals, drinking water, charging, rest, toileting and other services for the practical problems of outdoor workers such as "difficulty in eating, drinking, resting, and toileting".
Since 2016, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions has guided and promoted trade unions at all levels to actively seek support from the party committee and the government, coordinate social resources from all parties to carry out service station construction and provide professional services. Up to now, trade unions at all levels have invested a total of 2.15 billion yuan and built 121,700 service stations of various types.
