Recently, the first 10,000-ton-level green hydrogen project in China, constructed by the EPC general contract of PetroChina Huanqiu Beijing Co. Significant achievements have been made in the field of new energy.
This project is currently the largest single green hydrogen project in China, the first large-scale green electricity production green hydrogen project of the Three Gorges Group, and the first large-scale new energy comprehensive utilization project in Inner Mongolia. For the first time, the project combines solar energy and hydrogen energy efficiently and closely, and adopts IGBT rectification technology for the first time, with an annual output of 10,000 tons of green hydrogen and 85,000 tons of green oxygen. For the first time, the project applied the full-process DCS control system and configured the SIS safety instrument system, which significantly improved the overall stability and safe operation level of the device. At the same time, the project adopts the large-scale gas purification process simulation technology independently developed by Huanqiu Company, which can realize the recycling of water resources, and the environmental protection and consumption reduction capabilities of the equipment are at the international leading level.
This project is the first EPC new energy project of Huanqiu Beijing Company, and it has exploration and demonstration significance in project implementation. In order to improve execution efficiency, Huanqiu Beijing Company implements upgraded vertical management, adopts advanced project management methods such as PMP, PIP, CMP, BIM, and prefabricated buildings, and relies on platforms such as procurement management and construction management to establish a rapid supplier management system. Green payment channel, and select experts to go to the site to work with the owner to carry out joint commissioning program compilation and review work, to escort the project progress, quality and safety.
