At present, Zhongjing Petrochemical produces 135,000 tons of hydrogen per year in the process of propane dehydrogenation to propylene, which is mainly used as fuel, and its value can be more than doubled after being used as industrial raw materials. The enterprise builds the C4 industrial chain, uses the maleic anhydride hydrogenation device to consume the hydrogen of the C3 industrial chain, and uses the large amount of reaction heat generated by the oxidation of butane to produce maleic anhydride to generate ultra-high pressure steam for the C3 industrial chain, perfectly utilizing the coupling The advantages solve the problems of hydrogen, steam supply, and reaction heat utilization.
