In the first year of this year, vigorously developing high-efficiency fertilizers is an important task to accelerate the supply-side reform of the chemical fertilizer industry and help my country's agricultural green development. In the next step, the work of high-efficiency fertilizers will focus on accelerating the research and transformation of key technologies for high-efficiency fertilizers, using standards to lead the upgrading of high-efficiency fertilizer product quality, promoting the coordinated development of high-efficiency fertilizer industry chains, strong chains, and supplementary chains, and strengthening the promotion and brand building of high-efficiency fertilizers , Speed up the construction of high-efficiency fertilizer product quality traceability system and focus on five aspects.
Gu Zongqin requested that, first of all, establish an innovative cooperation mechanism for the high-efficiency fertilizer industry chain with the support of the state, industry associations, upstream and downstream enterprises in the industry chain, and relevant scientific research institutions to identify common needs such as outstanding problems in the high-efficiency fertilizer industry and neck-blocking technologies , organize high-efficiency fertilizer technology research and development units and enterprises to accurately dock, carry out technical research, and accelerate the transformation of high-efficiency fertilizer technology. Secondly, high-efficiency fertilizer enterprises should quickly respond to industry and market demand, formulate more advanced enterprise standards and group standards, and promote the upgrading of the quality of high-efficiency fertilizer products. It is necessary to speed up the formulation of group standards for humic acid-containing nitrogen fertilizers, polyaspartic acid-containing urea, and humic acid-containing water-soluble fertilizers. It is necessary to suggest that relevant state departments strengthen the supervision and guidance of enterprise standards, encourage enterprises to formulate advanced enterprise standards, and promptly ban non-compliant enterprise standards.
Gu Zongqin emphasized that large-scale chemical fertilizer production enterprises should take the initiative to carry the banner of high-efficiency fertilizer development to play a leading role in the industry, expand the high-efficiency fertilizer industry, and accelerate the promotion of high-efficiency fertilizers. It is necessary to promote the precise connection between large-scale basic fertilizer production enterprises, small and medium-sized auxiliary enterprises, and secondary processing high-efficiency fertilizer production enterprises, promote the establishment of long-term cooperative relationships between upstream and downstream enterprises of high-efficiency fertilizers, and help small and medium-sized enterprises to participate in the high-efficiency fertilizer industry chain and supply chain. Strengthen the chain and supplement the chain to improve the competitiveness and security of my country's high-efficiency fertilizer industry chain and supply chain. It is necessary to cultivate "specialized, special and new" and "little giant" enterprises in the field of high-efficiency fertilizers, and promote their development in innovation capabilities, supply chain management, market development, and intelligent transformation.
Gu Zongqin pointed out that high-efficiency fertilizer enterprises should focus on crops and users, analyze market demand in depth, cooperate with agricultural scientific research and promotion institutions, rely on large planters, family farms and agricultural social service organizations, and come up with targeted, high-quality, cost-effective fertilizers. The products have won the recognition of farmers' friends. Pay attention to the important needs of farmers such as soil improvement, crop growth and nutritional health, and improvement of the quality of agricultural products, and provide technical services and guidance before, during, and after production so that farmers can see the effects of high-efficiency fertilizer products. According to reports, the China Nitrogen Fertilizer Industry Association and the China Phosphate and Compound Fertilizer Industry Association have selected 33 pilot enterprises. At present, the first batch of 23 enterprises have all completed the construction of the fertilizer product traceability system. According to enterprises, the chemical fertilizer product quality traceability system can effectively solve the problems of product anti-counterfeiting and sales falsification, and can reduce packaging costs, strengthen marketing management, improve the efficiency of agrochemical services, and enhance user stickiness. It not only helps to expand the brand influence, but also facilitates the market supervision department to crack down on counterfeit and shoddy products, helps to purify the fertilizer market and create a fair market competition order.
