Hydraulic support hose test system is mainly used for analyzing and verifying the pressure-bearing performance of hydraulic support hoses used in coal mines, and can test its blasting performance, pulse performance and other items according to relevant standards. The conventional hydraulic support hose test system has a maximum burst pressure of 250MPa, and the pulse test device has a maximum test pressure of 80MPa. The ultra-high pressure hydraulic hose test system built and put into use this time is mainly composed of a 500MPa ultra-high pressure blast test bench and a 200MPa ultra-high pressure pulse test bench, which can not only meet EN856, GB/T10544-2022, GB/T3683-2011 , MT/T98-2006 and other European standards, national standards, and industry standards for pulse test and blasting test analysis and verification requirements, and the 200MPa ultra-high voltage pulse test bench with a pulse frequency range of 0.005Hz~1.5Hz in the system can be output in strict accordance with the pulse test requirements Square wave, peak wave and programmable waveform can conduct more scientific and comprehensive analysis and verification of the safety performance of hydraulic hoses for different purposes and different working conditions.
