According to data released by the Asset Management Association of China on the 26th, in May 2023, a total of 108 corporate asset securitization products were registered and confirmed, and the total new filing scale was 107.37 billion yuan. The scale of new filings in May increased by 52.78% month-on-month and 77.76% year-on-year.
Specifically, in May, the new filing scale of debt products was 96.563 billion yuan; the new filing scale of REITs products was 5.673 billion yuan; the new filing scale of future operating income products was 4.695 billion yuan.
As of the end of May, there were 2,265 surviving corporate asset securitization products, with a surviving scale of 1,975.842 billion yuan, an increase of 0.62% over the previous month.
