1. The output of raw coal ranks among the top in the country
From January to May, industrial enterprises above designated size in the region produced 509 million tons of raw coal, ranking second in the country, accounting for 26.6% of the national raw coal output, an increase of 2.2% year-on-year, driving the national raw coal output to increase by 0.6 percentage points.
2. Power generation ranks first in the country
From January to May, the power generation of industrial enterprises above designated size in the region was 283.81 billion kwh, accounting for 8.3% of the country's power generation, ranking first in the country, an increase of 10.4% year-on-year, and the growth rate was 6.5 percentage points higher than that of the country. Among them, thermal power generation and wind power generation accounted for 9.1% and 14.9% of the country's total respectively, and their output both ranked first in the country.
3. The production of liquefied natural gas ranks first in the country
From January to May, the output of liquefied natural gas of industrial enterprises above designated size in the region was 2.271 million tons, ranking first in the country, 781,000 tons higher than that of Shaanxi Province, which ranked second, accounting for nearly 30% of the national LNG output, reaching 29.9 %, an increase of 11.9% year-on-year.
4. Coke production ranks among the top in the country
From January to May, industrial enterprises above designated size in the region produced 21.226 million tons of coke, ranking second in the country, accounting for 10.4% of the national coke production, an increase of 9.4% year-on-year, driving the national coke production to increase by 0.9 percentage points.
