A total of 265 samples of youth groups in the production, distribution and catering links of the city were sampled and inspected. The samples involved 30 brands produced by enterprises in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Henan and other places, such as "Xinghualou", "Laiyifen" and "Gongdelin" "Wufangzhai", etc., according to GB 2760-2014 "National Food Safety Standard Food Additive Use Standard", GB 29921-2021 "National Food Safety Standard Limits of Pathogenic Bacteria in Prepackaged Food", SB/T 10377-2004 "Zongzi 》and other standards and requirements of product express standards and indicators. For coliform bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus, total bacterial count, mold, salmonella, commercial sterility, sorbic acid and its potassium salt (calculated as sorbic acid), sodium saccharin (calculated as saccharin), acesulfame potassium, dehydroacetic acid and Its sodium salt (calculated as dehydroacetic acid) and other 10 indicators were tested. The test results showed that all 265 samples met the relevant food safety standards, and the qualified rate of supervision and random inspection was 100%.
