According to the data from the National Bureau of Statistics, the growth rate of electricity production fell slightly from the previous month. In May, the power generation was 688.6 billion kwh, a year-on-year increase of 5.6%, and the growth rate was 0.5 percentage points lower than that in April, with an average daily power generation of 22.21 billion kwh.
From January to May, the power generation was 3,421.6 billion kwh, a year-on-year increase of 3.9%.
