In addition, the work plan also proposes that in principle, 100% of newly built fitness facilities in various places should be equipped with fitness facilities for the elderly and children. At the same time, in combination with the urban renewal work such as the renovation of old residential areas in cities and towns and the construction of complete communities, the city's "Golden Horn and Silver Edge" is used to build embedded fitness facilities to build a multi-level and diverse fitness circle around the masses.

The State Sports General Administration stated that in the next step, it will work together with the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and the People's Bank of China to coordinate the use of various funding channels, establish and improve incentive mechanisms, and increase supervision.
