On April 24, the trial production of the Taihua New Material Green Multifunctional Nylon New Material Integration Project (Phase I) with an annual output of 60,000 tons of PA66 located in the Hongze Economic Development Zone was a complete success.
The planned total investment of Taihua New Material’s green multifunctional nylon new material integration project is about 12 billion yuan. The first phase of the project will officially start construction on February 28, 2022. The construction content includes an annual output of 60,000 tons of PA66 differential nylon yarn project and annual Production of 100,000 tons of PA6 recycled differentiated nylon yarn project.
According to the person in charge of the project, the PA66 project with an annual output of 60,000 tons is expected to be fully put into operation by the end of August this year, and the project with an annual output of 100,000 tons of PA6 regenerated fiber is expected to be gradually put into operation by the end of June. After the first phase of the project is fully put into operation, the company will add an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons of PA66 differential fiber and 100,000 tons of PA6 regenerated differential fiber.
Project Introduction
The planned total investment of Taihua New Material’s green multifunctional nylon new material integration project is 12 billion yuan. After the project is fully put into operation, it will form an annual output of 100,000 tons of PA6 regenerated silk, an annual output of 120,000 tons of PA66 spinning, and an annual output of 200,000 tons of PA6 Polymerization and spinning, with an annual output of 600 million meters of gray cloth and an annual output of 200 million meters of finished fabrics.
The project is implemented in four phases. After the project is completed, it will have good social and economic benefits. It is estimated that the annual output value will be 18 billion yuan and the tax revenue will be 900 million yuan. After the project is fully put into production, the company’s total annual production capacity of nylon yarn will reach about 605,000 tons.
It will further expand the company’s differentiated product competitive advantage and overall market share, and maintain the company’s leading market position.
Since the company was established and developed in 2001, Zhejiang Taihua New Materials Co., Ltd. has a complete industrial chain integrating R&D, spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing, and sales. It is a rare “National Torch Plan Key High-tech Enterprise” that can produce high-grade nylon 66-FDY products.
The company’s customers include Decathlon, Anta, Semir, Heilan Home, Jordan, Velcro and other well-known domestic and foreign brands, and has established a stable cooperative relationship with them. In the past two years, orders from major domestic brand customers represented by Anta have grown rapidly.
Among the customers accounted for, Decathlon ranks first with 7%~8%, Anta ranks second (revenue exceeding 100 million yuan in 2021) at 3%, Chaoying ranks third at about 3%, lulu ranks fourth at 1.65%, domestic small home textile brands rank first Five accounted for 1%.
