On the 24th, the Container Branch of the China Ports and Ports Association announced the list of ten winners in the 2022 China Port Container Terminal Competition. Many ports and terminals in Fujian are on the list and have won many honorary titles.
In the evaluation of container terminals with a container throughput exceeding 2 million TEUs, Haitian Branch of Xiamen Container Terminal Group Co., Ltd. 2.7 million TEU terminals, Xiamen Hairun Container Terminal Co., Ltd. was rated as a 2.1 million TEU terminal in 2022.
In the evaluation of container terminals with domestic trade container throughput exceeding 1 million TEUs, Xiamen Haicang New Haida Container Terminal Co., Ltd. was rated as a terminal with domestic trade container throughput exceeding 1.3 million TEUs in 2022. Quanzhou Pacific Container Terminal Co., Ltd. was rated as a terminal with a domestic trade container throughput exceeding 1.3 million TEUs in 2022. Fujian Jiangyin International Container Terminal Co., Ltd. was rated as a terminal with a domestic trade container throughput exceeding 1.1 million TEUs in 2022. Xiamen Hairun Container Terminal Co., Ltd. was rated as a terminal with a domestic trade container throughput exceeding 1 million TEUs in 2022.
Fujian Jiangyin International Container Terminal Co., Ltd. was rated as a terminal for sea-rail combined transport exceeding 40,000 TEUs in 2022, ranking among the top 10 container terminals for sea-rail combined transport. Xiamen Songyu Container Terminal Co., Ltd. was rated as an international transshipment terminal exceeding 400,000 TEUs in 2022, ranking among the top 10 international transshipment container terminals.
In the evaluation of the average operating efficiency of bridge cranes exceeding 30 natural containers per hour, 4 terminals in our province were shortlisted. They are Xiamen Haicang New Haida Container Terminal Co., Ltd., Xiamen Hairun Container Terminal Co., Ltd., and Quanzhou Pacific Container Terminal Co., Ltd. and Xiamen Songyu Container Terminal Co., Ltd.
Xiamen Songyu Container Terminal Co., Ltd. and Xiamen Yuanhai Container Terminal Co., Ltd. were shortlisted in the evaluation of container terminals with an average ship loading and unloading efficiency of over 100 natural containers per hour. In the evaluation of the top 10 container terminals with the lowest power consumption and fuel consumption per TEU, Xiamen Hairun Container Terminal Co., Ltd. was on the list.
As a professional organization of China's port industry, the China Association of Ports and Ports conducts various advanced industry appraisals every year based on the actual operating conditions of various ports across the country. The container terminal professional branch under it, the container throughput of member units accounts for more than 90% of the national container terminal throughput, and has a high authority in the industry.
