This round of power transmission and distribution price adjustments, the general industry and commerce in our district has decreased by 0.0146 yuan/kWh, a decrease of 7.58%, and the large industry has decreased by 0.0137 yuan/kWh, a decrease of 10.64%. The price of transmission and distribution has been reduced for three regulatory periods in a row, from an average price of 0.1559 yuan/kWh to 0.1129 yuan/kWh. The reform dividends are all used to reduce the burden of electricity charges on the transmission and distribution links of industrial and commercial users in the region.
In this round of power transmission and distribution price reform, our district has successfully completed the direct verification of power transmission and distribution prices according to "permitted cost + reasonable income" proposed by the National Development and Reform Commission, optimized voltage level classification, established an incentive mechanism based on load rate, and divided voltage levels. A number of reform tasks, such as the approved capacity and demand electricity price and system operation fee, and the line loss of the grid link, are listed separately from the transmission and distribution price. The electricity price classification is more standardized, the electricity price structure is more scientific, and the electricity price incentive mechanism is more perfect. In order to better serve market transactions, Strengthen the supervision of grid revenue and promote the optimal allocation of power resources to lay a solid foundation.
