According to the monitoring and summary data of the Office of the State Council's Logistics Guarantee and Smooth Work Leading Group, from May 8th to May 14th, the national freight logistics operated in an orderly manner, of which:
>>National railway freight continued to operate at a high level, with a total of 74.319 million tons of goods transported, a month-on-month increase of 0.97%;
>>A total of 53.586 million trucks passed through expressways across the country, an increase of 24.31% from the previous month;
>>Monitored port accumulatively completed cargo throughput of 243.992 million tons, a month-on-month increase of 7.09%, completed container throughput of 5.516 million TEUs, a month-on-month increase of 6.30%;
>>A total of 108,600 civil aviation flights are guaranteed (including 3,584 cargo flights, including 2,258 international cargo flights and 1,326 domestic cargo flights), a decrease of 0.71% from the previous month;
>>The accumulative collection volume of postal express delivery is about 2.554 billion pieces, a month-on-month increase of 8.31%; the cumulative delivery volume is about 2.618 billion pieces, a month-on-month increase of 13.93%.
